Terms and Conditions

  • These terms & conditions apply to all orders. Placing an order with InterCanvas is deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
  • InterCanvas may refuse to reproduce a photo if (or if InterCanvas believe that) you do not or may not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if is any other way inappropriate.
  • Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is defamatory, offensive, obscene or indecent.
  • You will pay InterCanvas any costs or damages InterCanvas may incur because of the reproduction of any photo you submit that is defamatory or which breaches any other persons copyright, privacy or other rights in any way.
  • InterCanvas will accept liability for damaged caused to your product by its negligence or damage in transit but not otherwise. Any faults & defects must be reported to InterCanvas within 48hrs of delivery. Proof will be required by either retuning the goods to us, or by emailing photographs to us, and will be subject to our returns procedures.
  • You agree to allow InterCanvas to keep digital copies of the image, which will only be reproduced with the express permission of you (for re-ordering purposes).
  • Photo reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be exact.
  • As your orders are a bespoke service (personalized goods & services ), any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may NOT be refunded.We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
  • Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge, but must be reported within 48hrs.
  • If you have a specific colour need and are unsure if the image produced will match, please bear in mind that differences in media, PC monitor and printer settings for different products can affect colour perception even when profiled ,colour matching cannot be 100% guaranteed so take advantage of our swatch service or POST us A SAMPLE of the colour you require, or ask our experts if you have a particular pantone requirement.
  • Orders are in most cases fulfilled within 14 days, however, please allow plenty of time if your order is date dependent (Birthday gift etc.)
  • Prices set out on the website (except special offers) are valid until 1st April 2012. Individual quotes remain valid for a period of one month.
