We offer a free check & preview service - so if you are at all unsure about the ideal size for your digital file, then send it in for our experts and let them check it for you! We don’t recommend any file under 1MB in size for any of our products. For printed photos a 6x4, 7x5 or 10x12” print can be scanned in here at 300dpi and enlarged – you can scan a photo in yourself, just be sure to set the scanner to photo quality of 300dpi, and not document quality at 72dpi. JPEGS are our preferred format. For professionals please contact us for further details on File profiles or additional printable formats.

You certainly can, and this is a question we are asked a lot – you may want 2 photos combined to make one perfect picture , or a detail in a photo removed or changed in some way to make your picture exactly as you would want it to be .

Background editing is a popular request - items you don’t see at the time the photo is taken, can be very distracting when printed for the wall!! Our free preview service is there to help you & will enable you to see the change before placing your order, simply send your photo in, along with any notes and we will make the changes and send them back for you to see. Some changes are free and are listed on our free editing pages, others will be chargeable and prices for these start at just £10.00. You can! Please let us know if you are looking to choose just one from what you have sent in and need some help in choosing the right one for the product, or if you want a combination of photos to display as a set or in a collage – this really helps our team when working on your previews. For collages we recommend something like 6 – 15 items which can be all photos or a mixture of photos & memorabilia. If you want to send in more, no problem but additional charges may apply.

You can send them in using our website – via the free preview button. We are happy to accept CD or DVD or memory stick, camera XD or SD cards by post and printed photos either scanned in by you, or posted to our offices. Our contact details for the postal service can be found on our contact page here. If you are having any trouble then please call our offices and we’ll be happy to talk you through the process.

No problem – you can post your photo to us, we recommend special or recorded delivery for precious photos and we will scan your photo here for free. Sizes up to 10x12” can be scanned for you under this free service. For larger prints please call our experts for further help. If you have access to a scanner yourself, then you can set the scanner to scan at high quality 300dpi and send a copy in for us to check for you. Local customers can bring in their photos in person to our studio.

All original prints are returned with your order delivery.

On working days Monday – Friday previews will be back in your email within 1-2 hours. For more complex design work or editing this may be up to 24hours. Designer Collages are sent for previewing within 72 hours – but if you need anything in a hurry please call, we can often help! On weekends, all files received will be previewed on Monday morning. Our offices are only open for appointment booking on Saturday’s.

You can indeed, if you have asked for black & white but when you see it you would prefer something different, then just let us know, we do aim to get the previews right first time but sometimes you just don’t know until you see a change or design created, so feel free to email back with any changes.

Some changes e.g. on designer collages or complex editing may incur additional charges but you will be notified about this before anything is worked on.

We have an express service for delivery on most of our range within 2-3 days. If you need it sooner we recommend you call our offices to check with one of our team. Generally all orders are made and despatched within 7 days, but for customised sizes and Digital acrylic prints this can be up to 14 days, but if we know you have a deadline or a special occasion then please let us know when sending in your photos and we will advise the quickest delivery available for you.

All of our orders are sent via courier, we do not use Royal mail, and deliveries do have to be signed for. All of our orders are traceable on line and you will be notified via email the day before your order is due to arrive, so you will know when it is coming! If for any reason you are out when the courier calls you will be left a card and expected to call the local delivery depot with either a re delivery date, or a note to say you would rather collect form the local depot . You can do this by taking along the card, with some ID containing the same address detail. We are not able to give a specific time of day for delivery – if you need a specific pore 10AM or timed delivery these can be pre booked but will incur additional charges.

Yes, this can be added to your order - we know many people are not at home in the day time so we offer you the choice when you order of having delivery to a friend, relative, neighbour or office address – you can choose anywhere in the UK Mainland for a standard delivery . If you have any special requests like certain days or certain neighbours you would be happy to take delivery for you, then simply email or call through with your order number & any special instructions for the drivers, we are happy to add these to your despatch paperwork. This cannot be changed once orders have been despatched.

We do indeed. If you are a professional photographer, or about to turn professional please send in your details, along with your trading name and any website address for you and we will contact you directly via email with details on registering on our trade service. We have FTP access and additional services available to you to meet your studio or business needs. We are happy to provide references from amongst our professional clientele and you are welcome to visit by appointment to run through the products & choices available to you. Trade Sample Packs available at a charge.

Yes, simply send in your requirements and one of our team will provide you with a personal emailed quotation taking your volume into account.

You can choose to have your photo printed & made into any of our products. If you aren't sure which product you would like please ask our experts for help & advice by sending in your photo along with any thoughts about where it is going to be displayed, any special requirements or colour schemes you would like the product to work with. We can then email a preview of your photo on the product we think will work best and you can choose to buy from there. All previews are free of charge.

If you want a photo repaired , altered or edited in some way but do not wish to have it made into a product then you can simply order a digital file from us which we will send via email or on CD to your chosen address . Collages can also be purchased in this way and prices for these given in advance.

You can pay by using the on line secure link sent on your previews, we accept all major credit cards with the exception of America Express. You can pay by card on line or via the telephone. We accept payment by cheque, but these must clear before goods are despatched which can delay your order. You can pay via bank transfer/CHAPS or BACS. If a VAT invoice is required please advise.

For EU payments you can choose to pay by Euros in the online secure payment link, the rate for which will fluctuate on a daily basis. If you are local you are welcome to pay in person at our offices in Essex.

You can, we have a show room in Essex close to Chelmsford (Broomfield hospital side) with good access to the A120, M11, A12 & M25. A map with directions can be found on our contacts page. If wanted to come along on a Saturday please call in advance to make an appointment with one of our team. We also try to show as many actual photos as possible on our website of our products but if you can’t see something you want to know more about, please ask.

No problem we can custom make sizes for most of our products including Canvas and Direct print Acrylic, custom sizes will be made to order exactly for your design or photo and may take a few days longer than a standard size to arrive, but if you are in any doubt please ask or add a note to your preview request.
